Important update

Need to see a GP or nurse in the evening or at the weekend?

Appointments are now available for all patients registered at any Haringey practice.

Monday to Friday: 6:30 – 8:30pm

Saturday and Sunday: 8:00am to 8:00pm

Contact your GP practice or call 0330 053 9499 during the above hub opening hours to book an appointment at one of three locations. Please note opening hours will vary between hubs: 

  • Bounds Green Group Practice, Gordon Road, London N11 2PF
  • Somerset Gardens Family Health Centre, 4 Creighton Road, London N17 8NW
  • Queenswood Medical Practice, 151 Park Road, London N8 8JD

Named accountable GP
It is now a contractural requirement that we inform all patients of their Named GP. This does not stop you from booking to see any other clinician. If you would like to know who your Named GP is, please ask at reception

Dear Parents: please book an appointment in your Surgery for FLU nasal spray vaccine to protect your child against flu.

From July 2012 our practice is a collaborative research practice under the Royal College of General Practitioners. The practice has been accredited to be a research practice.

We are accommodating more patients in our surgery. Please call surgery so you would be seen quicker rather than going to A&E.

Phlebotomy Service in- house to patients aged 65 and over on Tuesday and Thursday 9.30- 10.00 AM

Access To Medical Records

In writing ask at reception for access to medical records.There is a  fee ( £10.00) for that service, if a copy is required an additional fee will be charged. There is no facility for immediate access.

New patients

We welcome new patients who live in our catchment area to register with us. You can check whether your postcode falls within our catchment area by using the Practice catchment area tool. It is very important that your postcode falls within the boundaries of the blue area.

Forms you will need

Please download, complete and bring the following forms to the surgery. These forms can also be collected from the practice.

Completing your registration

Once the forms are completed bring the forms to the surgery and please note we may ask you to provide the following information when you register.

  • one proof of identification like your passport or driving licence
  • two recent proofs of residency which can be a bank statement, a utility bill or tenancy agreement.
  • For children under 16, we do require their immunisation history.

If you wish to register with us from another Practice and you are having on-going treatment, it is really helpful for us to have a summary print out from your previous doctor. Please request this as it is important for continuity of care as we do not get your records immediately.

Change of address or name

You can amend your name or contact details online or by downloading and completing the form below and returning it to the surgery.
